Pricing:

Please note that prices are subject to change without notice. Our website will always be updated with the most current prices. Also, be conscious of your cost when you receive an order. Current cost is always reflected on your invoice. Due to rising demand, increases in material, shipping costs, and labor shortage, we are receiving price increases from our manufacturers at any given time. We offer a cash price, which is published, and a credit card price. We gladly accept cash, check, money orders, and all major credit cards.

Order Requirements:

Nabatak, Inc. reserves the right to sell only to dealers/retailers possessing a current sales tax permit issued in the name of a bait, tackle, sporting goods or convenience store. You must supply us with a copy of your permit and a picture of your store front for our files prior to your first purchase. Retailers must have a permanent business location, separate from their residence, stock merchandise that we sell and be open to the public while maintaining regular business hours. These requirements allow us to protect our customers, the retailers, who make their living selling retail bait and tackle. Nabatak, Inc. does not knowingly sell to individuals who wish to purchase solely for their own use or for that of their friends. Possession of a sales tax permit does not automatically constitute the right to purchase at wholesale prices.

Ordering Procedure:

*Orders may be personally shopped for, called-in for pick up, shipped via freight service or delivered locally.

*Orders may be placed online at our website www.nabatakinc.com, faxed, emailed or called in to our facilities.

*Please have the item stock number from our catalog and quantity requested, listed/available for us to better expedite your call-in, faxed or emailed order.

Shipping Requirements:

All shipments will be pre-paid unless other arrangements have been made. Prepayments by check or credit cards are accepted to avoid C.O.D. charges. Overpayments and credits will be applied to future purchases. All shipments will be F.O.B. Claremore, OK or Midway, AR. We offer a freight allowance deduction for shipments totaling $1200.00 or more. The following items are excluded from the freight allowance: 1-piece rods and combos, buckets, anchors, paddles/oars, minnow bags, water treatment products, lead and bait. We DO NOT SHIP coolers, nets or large cases of buckets due to the extremely high freight charges. All orders for shipping must include a street or route business address. We do not ship to residential addresses.

Warehouse:

All customers are invited to shop at our warehouse. Tackle purchases of $400.00 or more, gathered by the customer, will be eligible for a 5% discount during this cash or check transaction. This discount does not apply to BAIT.

*Exceptions to this discount will be Catfish Bait, Bait Pop, Bubba Knives, Engel, Falcon, G-Juice, Halo, Lew’s, Meat Hunter, Minnow Maker, Mr. Crappie Products, Plano, River2Sea, Seaguar, Sunline, Zoom and Pure Fishing Products (Abu Garcia, Berkley, Fenwick, Frabill, Johnson, Penn, Pfluger, Plano, Shakespeare and Stren) that are already priced at minimum wholesale per the manufacturer.

**Please note that our warehouse is NOT climate controlled.

NSF Checks:

$50.00 service charge on all returned checks. After one returned check, the account will be noted as cash or credit card only.
